THE DUDE IS BACK! sorry i havent posted on the board withn the last week, i was out of town. but i got a question-- Did
anyone notice the NEW footage of Dc's fires of passion escape on the specail last week? I noticed alot more new camera angles that the original broadcasts didnt air. I thought it was kind of cool seeing "new scences" of the escape. Did anyone else notice these cahnges in this escape or any others on the special?

Actually, there were a few changes I noticed. In the original Alcatraz escape, when DC is in the lockout area just after he leads the dogs away with the kitten, he produces three coins, magically melts them together, and changes them into lock picks. He then uses the lock picks to get out of the lock out. They never showed the lock pick sequence in "Great Escapes". It seems like DC just walks out of the lockout area.Actually, I wish they would have had time to show the conclusion of that special, too. After he gets away in the helicopter, and lands in SFO, he gives his thanks, and then goes over to his car door - and he's locked out of his car! Whoever came up with that bit deserves a big round of applause; it's a perfect ending to an escape from Alcatraz!
