I know the new specail will be coming up in less than 6 months and the question arose----Does naybody know when the taping of THE DISAPERANCE will happen? Has it already? where will it be held at? Does anyone know about this? and whats the deal with the internet smulcast? I'm confused.

The Disapperance performance will be taped between August 2000 -August 2001, at the discretion of DCDI, at a rehearsal or performance of their choosing. Read the official rules on the CBS homepage.pesci

Between August 2000 and August 2001? Doesn't the special air in late fall? Shouldn't it be between August 2000 and December 2000?

I think that's for legal reasons because of the contest. I certainly hope the special will air this year! (I'm sure it will.)Matt

Someone (reliable) posted here not long ago that it would be taped in the month of August or something; don´t know the location.
I know that when you say "Television & Internet simulcast" is that you will be able to see the special through both Television and internet at the time of it´s airing.Hope helped,
