Your best bet is to trade/buy off other users on the net. I bought 2 shows(Tornado and Barclay) and its virtually hassle free The only problem you might have is overseas.
As with merchandice, you can always try Ebay, the copperfield shop or trading with people on this board.
New show: Well, you can't buy it yet, but if he is in your area, then you can always buy tickets. Go to the tours info for more infomation.
